Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech, socioeconomic trends, and climate data to map 5-10 year innovation roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototype solutions for future market needs
- Partner with venture capital arms to identify and integrate disruptive startups
- Design ethical frameworks for AI, biotech, and autonomous systems deployment
- Present strategic insights to stakeholders through compelling data visualizations
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness and track progress against industry benchmarks
- Coordinate with policy think tanks to influence regulatory frameworks for emerging tech
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy, innovation, or futurism with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Expertise in scenario planning, systems thinking, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Proven track record of launching products/services anticipating future market demands
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Policy, or relevant field
- Proficiency in AI-driven trend analysis tools (e.g., GPT-4, TrendHunter)
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or sustainability topics
- Experience in agile development of long-term strategic initiatives
