Responsibilities
- Analyze horizon-scanning data (AI, biotech, quantum computing, climate tech) to map 2026 opportunity landscapes
- Develop multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with ESG and growth KPIs
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Prototyping' sprints with engineering and design teams
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members through compelling narratives
- Manage venture incubation for emerging technologies with $500K+ budgets
- Build and lead a global network of futurists and academic collaborators
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, consulting, or R&D leadership
- Expertise in emerging tech trend analysis and scenario planning
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Technology, or Business Innovation
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies and their business applications
- Exceptional communication skills for C-level stakeholder influence
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight preferred
