Responsibilities
- Architect 2026 innovation roadmaps using horizon scanning, trend analysis, and scenario planning

- Develop patent-pending frameworks for exponential growth in emerging sectors (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Present strategic foresight to investors and board members securing $50M+ in innovation funding
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-proof solutions with 18-24 month market-readiness
- Establish KPIs measuring strategic adoption and competitive displacement metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services post-2020
- Expertise in exponential technologies (AI/ML, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or equivalent tier
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or relevant technical field
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFPS preferred)
