Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis for AI, quantum computing, biotech, and climate tech by 2026
- Develop strategic innovation frameworks for Fortune 500 clients across 15+ industries
- Design scenario-based models to mitigate disruption risks and capture emerging opportunities
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with CTOs, VPs of Product, and Venture Capital partners
- Produce annual 'Future State' reports with quantifiable impact projections
- Manage portfolio of pilot projects for emerging tech commercialization
- Represent company at global innovation forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic consulting, corporate innovation, or tech R&D with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or Engineering (PhD/MBA preferred)
- Expertise in emerging technologies (Generative AI, Web3, Synthetic Biology) and their commercial applications
- Proven track record of launching innovation programs generating >$50M in new revenue
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., WFS, APF) or Technology Assessment
- Published thought leadership in HBR, MIT Tech Review, or equivalent tier
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and AI-powered analytics platforms
