Responsibilities
- Architect comprehensive 2026 innovation roadmap spanning AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence
- Lead cross-functional teams to transform futuristic concepts into MVP prototypes with 6-month launch cycles
- Identify and secure strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Develop patent-worthy intellectual property portfolios with 3+ filings annually
- Conduct horizon scanning to anticipate industry disruptions and position company as market shaper
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board with data-driven ROI projections
- Mentor junior strategists in future-focused methodologies and exponential thinking
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with 3+ years in future-focused roles
- Proven track record launching products with exponential growth (minimum 10x YoY increase)
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or neuromorphic AI
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Innovation Management, or related field
- Certification in Futures Thinking (e.g., from University of Houston or Copenhagen Institute)
