- Define the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning process to identify key technological trends and integrate them into our product vision for the coming years.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Spearhead R&D initiatives focused on AR/VR, AI automation, and Web3 technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
- Strategic Partnerships: Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets or strategic partnerships with startups and innovators shaping the future landscape.
- Executive Communication: Translate complex technical strategies into compelling narratives for C-suite executives and board members.
- Market Analysis: Continuously monitor global tech landscapes to anticipate market shifts and adjust our trajectory accordingly.
- Change Management: Lead organizational change management efforts to ensure seamless adoption of future-forward technologies.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in technology strategy, product management, or executive consulting.
- Proven track record of delivering large-scale technology transformations and innovation roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically in Generative AI, Extended Reality (XR), and Cloud Infrastructure.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast long-term industry trends and risks.
- Leadership experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving organizational agility.
