- Analyze emerging trends in Generative AI and Automation to identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with C-Suite executives to define organizational structures that support scalable growth.
- Develop training programs that upskill our workforce for the skills required in 2026 (e.g., AI Ethics, Predictive Analytics).
- Lead change management initiatives to foster a culture of continuous innovation and adaptability.
- Monitor global labor market shifts to ensure competitive positioning in talent acquisition.
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders to justify strategic shifts and resource allocation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in Strategic Planning, Operations, or Human Resources within a high-growth tech environment.
- Deep understanding of Artificial Intelligence integration and its impact on the modern workplace.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from conception to launch.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business strategies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and digital transformation frameworks.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
