Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Technology Roadmap: Define the long-term technical vision for our AI products, ensuring scalability, security, and future-proofing.
- Architect Advanced ML Pipelines: Design and implement robust end-to-end machine learning workflows for large-scale data processing.
- Drive Innovation: Research and prototype cutting-edge algorithms, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and reinforcement learning agents.
- Team Mentorship: Guide a team of elite data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable strategies for product managers and executive leadership.
- Optimize Performance: Continuously monitor and improve model latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven ability to think strategically about technology trends and their business implications.
- Leadership: Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing technical debt.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex ideas to diverse audiences.
