Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and development of next-generation Generative AI models tailored for 2026 deployment scenarios.
- Design and optimize neural network infrastructures to handle real-time, high-volume data streams with zero latency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into scalable enterprise products.
- Establish and enforce best practices for model transparency, bias mitigation, and ethical AI usage.
- Conduct research into emerging paradigms such as Neuromorphic Computing and Quantum AI interfaces.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, specifically with Transformer architectures and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and C++ for high-performance computing.
- Proven track record of deploying production-grade ML models serving millions of users.
- Strong understanding of MLOps pipelines, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and data governance.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
