Responsibilities
- Lead quantum algorithm development for real-world applications in 2026-era tech stacks
- Design and implement fault-tolerant quantum circuits using cutting-edge frameworks
- Collaborate with AI teams to integrate quantum-enhanced machine learning models
- Publish peer-reviewed research in top-tier quantum computing journals
- Mentor junior researchers and contribute to open-source quantum initiatives

Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Physics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of hands-on quantum algorithm development experience
- Expertise in quantum programming languages (Q#, Qiskit, Cirq)
- Deep understanding of quantum error correction and fault tolerance
- Published research in quantum computing or related fields
