Responsibilities
- Define the Vision 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy that anticipates industry trends and positions Nexus Horizon as a market leader.
- Design Scalable AI Architectures: Build robust, fault-tolerant systems capable of handling petabytes of data and millions of concurrent requests.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Lead the evaluation and adoption of next-generation technologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents, and Quantum-ready algorithms.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product, engineering, and business units to translate high-level concepts into actionable technical specifications.
- Model Governance & Safety: Establish best practices for AI model deployment, monitoring, and ethical governance to ensure compliance and safety.
- Talent Development: Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Advanced Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Extensive Experience: 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years specifically focused on AI/ML system design.
- Cloud Mastery: Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Technical Depth: Proven track record of delivering large-scale machine learning platforms and production-grade LLM applications.
- Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning technologies.
- Leadership Skills: Exceptional ability to influence decisions and lead high-performance teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
