Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive technical SEO audits and implement strategic improvements to site architecture, speed, and crawlability.
- Develop and execute data-driven content strategies that align with user intent and high-volume keyword opportunities.
- Monitor search algorithm updates (Google Core Updates, etc.) and adapt strategies to maintain and improve rankings.
- Oversee off-page SEO efforts, including high-quality link building campaigns and digital PR initiatives.
- Analyze complex web analytics data to generate actionable insights and weekly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into the codebase.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of proven experience in SEO, with a strong focus on technical SEO and organic growth.
- Deep understanding of Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, and SEO auditing tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs).
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript to understand site structure and implementation.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert metrics into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
