Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design and implementation of scalable, high-performance software systems for the 2026 roadmap.
- Conduct in-depth research and feasibility studies on emerging technologies to drive product innovation.
- Mentor and develop a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product managers and stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into technical specifications.
- Establish best practices for code quality, security, and deployment pipelines to ensure system stability.
- Identify potential risks and technical debt, proposing proactive solutions to mitigate them.
- Present technical strategies and roadmaps to executive leadership to secure buy-in and resources.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architectural role.
- Strong proficiency in modern programming languages such as Python, Java, or Go.
- Demonstrated expertise in cloud architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and large language models (LLMs).
- Experience with agile methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
