Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record of scaling transformative initiatives ($50M+ impact)
- Expertise in trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional communication skills for influencing executive and external stakeholders
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CF foresight, WFS certification)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-shaping projects with measurable outcomes
