Responsibilities
- Analyze global megatrends (AI, climate tech, biotech) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026
- Develop future-ready business models and product roadmaps aligned with long-term vision
- Lead scenario planning workshops for C-suite executives on disruptive market shifts
- Partner with R&D to prototype and validate emerging technology applications
- Build stakeholder consensus around strategic pivots through data-driven storytelling
- Monitor horizon scanning outputs from global innovation ecosystems
- Drive innovation sprints focused on 3-5 year strategic horizons
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, corporate innovation, or future-focused roles
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, or Futures Studies
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts
- Experience building strategic frameworks for multi-year horizons
- Portfolio demonstrating future-focused projects or publications
- Certification in Foresight or Strategic Planning preferred
