Responsibilities

- Architect cross-functional innovation roadmaps with measurable KPIs
- Facilitate scenario planning for geopolitical, environmental, and technological disruptions
- Present strategic recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and R&D pioneers
- Monitor competitive landscapes and emerging regulatory impacts
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Strategy, Futures Studies, Technology, or Business (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of launching exponential-growth initiatives
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., CFTR) required
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive communication skills
- Experience with scenario planning tools (e.g., STEEP-LE, Delphi method)
- Portfolio demonstrating future-ready strategy implementations
