Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients using predictive analytics and scenario planning
- Lead cross-functional 'Horizon Scanning' initiatives identifying emerging trends in biotech, quantum computing, and decentralized systems
- Design and facilitate stakeholder workshops to align executive vision with disruptive innovation pipelines
- Author seminal white papers on ethical AI governance and sustainable technology adoption
- Manage a $5M innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation protocols
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies and exponential technology assessment
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with demonstrable impact on Fortune 500 roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field (PhD preferred)
- Proficiency in futures forecasting tools (e.g., Delphi Method, Cross-Impact Matrix)
- Published thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Fluency in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology) and their societal implications
- Experience with UN Sustainable Development Goals integration into corporate strategy
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or equivalent professional accreditation
