Responsibilities
- Develop and implement long-term strategic frameworks for 2026+ market positioning
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) for competitive integration
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ global industries
- Design sustainability roadmaps aligned with UN 2030 goals
- Mentor junior strategists in future-proof methodologies
- Present strategic recommendations to the board of directors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning or innovation leadership
- Proven track record in futures thinking and scenario planning
- Expertise in at least 3 emerging technology domains
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (preferred)
- Experience with global market analysis across 5+ continents
- Published thought leadership on future trends (articles/whitepapers)
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
