Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the company's 2026 strategic vision across quantum computing, AI ethics, and sustainable technology
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing moonshot initiatives with 3-5 year implementation horizons
- Analyze emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, synthetic biology, quantum encryption) for competitive advantage
- Present strategic roadmaps to C-suite executives and key investors with data-driven insights
- Drive innovation sprints with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Establish KPIs for long-term strategic initiatives and monitor progress against 2026 milestones
- Foster strategic partnerships with academic institutions and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 experience
- Proven track record of launching transformational products/services with $50M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, generative AI, or biotech
- Executive presence with exceptional presentation skills for C-suite/board audiences
- Advanced degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or relevant field
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Certification in Strategic Innovation or Futures Thinking preferred
