Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic roadmaps for 2026-2027 technology adoption cycles
- Analyze emerging market trends to identify disruptive opportunities and threats
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with engineering, product, and design teams
- Present foresight insights to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPI frameworks measuring future-readiness and innovation velocity
- Build strategic partnerships with emerging tech startups and research institutions
- Champion ethical AI and sustainable development practices across all initiatives
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist roles
- Proven track record leading enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Expertise in emerging technologies: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Exceptional presentation skills with executive audience experience
- Deep understanding of ESG frameworks and climate tech landscape
