- Lead scenario planning workshops with executive stakeholders and industry thought leaders
- Build financial models for future-state business units with $50M+ potential
- Establish KPI frameworks for 5-year innovation horizons
- Represent the company at Davos-level futurism forums and industry summits
- Mentor a high-performing team of futurists and data scientists
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation roles
- Proven track record of executing 5+ year strategic initiatives
- Expertise in forecasting methodologies (Delphi, causal layered analysis)
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, or Technology with focus on futures studies
- Proficiency in Python/R for trend modeling and scenario simulation
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or similar tier
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ members
- Certification in Foresight Methodology (e.g., CFM) preferred
