- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for sustainable competitive advantage
- Conduct horizon scanning for emerging technologies and consumer behavior shifts
- Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to align organizational capabilities with future demands
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board stakeholders
- Establish KPIs for tracking strategic execution and adaptation to evolving conditions
- Author annual Future Outlook reports with actionable insights
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Business Strategy, Technology Management, or related field
- 7+ years experience in strategic planning or futurism roles
- Proven track record of developing multi-year strategic roadmaps
- Expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Strong proficiency with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Excellent presentation skills with executive experience
- Deep understanding of AI, IoT, and Web3 implications for business
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or similar preferred
