Responsibilities

- Conduct competitive analysis and scenario planning for 3-5 year horizon
- Present strategic recommendations to the board and executive leadership

Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or corporate innovation
- Proven track record of developing long-term vision frameworks
- Expertise in emerging technologies and future trend analysis
- Advanced degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or related field
- Exceptional data modeling and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience presenting to C-suite and board-level stakeholders
- Strong background in risk assessment and mitigation strategies
- Certification in strategic foresight or futures studies preferred
