Responsibilities
- Develop and operationalize the 2026 Strategic Vision Framework, aligning technology, societal, and economic megatrends
- Lead cross-functional 'Future Pods' to prototype solutions for climate resilience, neurotech integration, and quantum computing applications
- Establish the Global Futures Intelligence Network, curating real-time signals from 200+ innovation hubs worldwide
- Author the annual 'State of 2026' report presented at Davos, UN Summit, and CES
- Design and implement the 'Future-Proof Organizational' model for 500+ employees
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with governments and Fortune 100 entities
- Mentor the next generation of futurists through our Future Leaders Academy
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent with 8+ years in strategic foresight
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ successfully implemented 5+ year strategic visions
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, synthetic biology, or quantum computing
- Fluency in futures forecasting methodologies (Horizon Scanning, Delphi, Cross-Impact Matrices)
- Proven ability to translate complex systems into executive-level narratives
- Published thought leadership in Nature Futures or similar high-impact journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 500+ while maintaining innovation velocity
