Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and hybrid infrastructure
- Deep knowledge of AI/ML frameworks and neural network optimization
- Certification in quantum computing architecture or equivalent experience
- Proven track record of leading $5M+ digital transformation projects
- Strong background in ethical AI development and bias mitigation
- Experience with AR/VR development engines (Unity/Unreal)
- PhD in Computer Science or related field preferred
