Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, distributed systems architectures capable of handling exponential data growth.
- Define Technical Roadmaps: Lead the technical strategy for the 2026 initiative, identifying emerging technologies (e.g., GenAI, Edge Computing) and integrating them into our core stack.
- Lead Innovation Sprints: Mentor a team of senior engineers, fostering a culture of experimentation, rapid prototyping, and continuous delivery.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate closely with product management and UX teams to translate futuristic concepts into concrete technical specifications.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all future-facing systems adhere to the highest standards of data security, privacy, and ethical AI usage.
Qualifications
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in modern languages (Python, Rust, Go) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Foresight: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and integrate them into existing architectures proactively.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
