Qualifications
- 10+ years in systems architecture with 5+ years in emerging tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering with quantum/AI specialization

- Proven track record scaling solutions to 10M+ users
- Expertise in ethical AI frameworks and responsible innovation
