Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant backend systems focused on AI integration and predictive modeling.
- R&D Leadership: Lead research and development initiatives exploring emerging technologies (e.g., Agentic AI, Neural Interfaces) relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and machine learning models to ensure high performance and low latency.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate futuristic concepts into actionable technical roadmaps.
- Code Review & Mentorship: Maintain high code quality standards and mentor junior engineers on advanced architectural patterns.
- Security & Compliance: Ensure all systems adhere to strict data privacy and cybersecurity protocols.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a lead or architect role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Rust. Deep experience with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- AI/ML Knowledge: Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, NLP, and large language models (LLMs).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex, ambiguous technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
