Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of scalable deep learning models for autonomous agents and robotics systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate the 2026 strategic roadmap into concrete technical milestones and deliverables.
- Optimize neural network performance for real-time edge processing and low-latency inference.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging AI paradigms, including Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) and advanced Transformer architectures.
- Establish best practices for MLOps, model governance, and ethical AI deployment.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Robotics, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in deploying large-scale AI models in production environments.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and a track record of delivering breakthrough technologies in high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
