Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development of the 2026 Technology Roadmap, identifying emerging trends in AI, Web3, and Quantum computing to drive competitive advantage.
- Design and oversee the implementation of high-availability, scalable system architectures that support global business growth.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to translate long-term strategic visions into actionable technical blueprints.
- Cultivate a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the engineering team, mentoring senior developers and architects.
- Ensure robust security protocols and data privacy compliance are integrated into every layer of our technical stack.
- Lead architecture reviews and technical decision-making processes to mitigate risks and optimize performance.
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in software architecture and engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or CTO-level capacity.
- Proven expertise in designing and deploying large-scale distributed systems on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong command of modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust, or Java) and infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, Kubernetes).
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive projects to completion in a fast-paced, agile environment.
- Deep understanding of ethical AI practices and the implications of emerging technologies on business strategy.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
