Responsibilities
- Design scalable quantum neural network architectures for real-world applications
- Lead R&D in quantum machine learning algorithms with error correction protocols
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical computing frameworks for enterprise clients
- Collaborate with hardware teams to optimize quantum processor interfaces
- Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable technical roadmaps
- Secure government and private sector funding for quantum AI initiatives
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum information theory
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years developing quantum algorithms or AI systems at scale
- Proficiency with Qiskit, Cirq, or similar quantum programming frameworks
- Published research in quantum machine learning or quantum error correction
- Experience with cloud quantum computing platforms (IBM Quantum, Azure Quantum)
- Deep understanding of tensor networks and variational quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through product launches
