- Architect strategic roadmaps integrating quantum computing, neural interfaces, and climate-tech solutions
- Manage cross-functional R&D teams (AI/ML, BioTech, Robotics) with agile methodologies
- Secure $2M+ annual innovation budgets and manage vendor/partner ecosystems
- Present breakthrough concepts to C-suite and external stakeholders
- Drive patent portfolios and publish whitepapers in top-tier journals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in emerging tech (quantum, AI ethics, climate-tech, AR/VR)
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futurism
- Strong patents/publications in IEEE/Nature journals
- Experience scaling teams from 5 to 50+ innovators
- Certified in agile/Scrum and innovation management frameworks
