- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and societal shifts impacting 2026 business landscapes
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks through scenario planning and trend analysis
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-ready solutions
- Translate foresight insights into actionable product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies
- Establish thought leadership through white papers, conferences, and industry reports
- Mentor R&D teams in emerging domains (AI ethics, quantum computing, biotech convergence)

Qualifications
- Advanced degree (PhD/Masters) in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing future-oriented strategies in Fortune 500 environments
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies, scenario planning, and trend analysis
