Responsibilities
- Architect and execute R&D roadmaps for 2026+ tech ecosystems (quantum computing, neuro-interfaces, synthetic biology)
- Lead cross-disciplinary teams of physicists, AI ethicists, and industrial designers
- Identify and secure partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Develop patent portfolios for breakthrough technologies with $10M+ commercialization potential
- Present strategic visions to C-suite executives and venture capital consortiums
- Guide ethical frameworks for emerging technologies affecting 500M+ users
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or related field with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record of commercializing emerging technologies (3+ successful launches)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum machine learning, neural tech, or climate AI
- Published research in Nature/Science with 500+ citations
- Security clearance (Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information preferred)
- Fluency in Python, TensorFlow, and quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq)
- Experience leading $5M+ innovation budgets with 30% YoY efficiency gains
