Responsibilities

- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats
- Define technical requirements for next-gen AI, IoT, and quantum computing integrations
- Collaborate with product teams to align tech innovations with user experience goals
- Present technology roadmaps to C-suite stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor engineers in emerging tech methodologies and innovation frameworks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology leadership with 5+ years in innovation/R&D roles
- Proven track record of launching future-focused products or platforms
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, blockchain, quantum, etc.)
- Experience with agile development and lean startup methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with data-driven decision-making capabilities
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation or future studies
