Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end innovation lifecycle from ideation to commercialization of next-gen technologies
- Architect strategic technology roadmaps targeting 2026+ market opportunities
- Mentain cross-functional pods of engineers, designers, and data scientists
- Secure and manage multi-million dollar innovation budgets
- Pioneer patent portfolios and publish breakthrough research
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify emerging startup opportunities
- Present innovation frameworks to executive leadership and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech, or sustainable tech
- Proven track record of launching commercialized tech products
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and investors
- Published research or patents in emerging technology domains
- Experience managing $5M+ R&D budgets
- Fluency in technology forecasting methodologies
