- Present strategic technology roadmaps to C-suite executives and key stakeholders
- Build and lead a specialized innovation lab team of 8-10 engineers and researchers
- Secure strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech startups
- Develop KPIs to measure innovation ROI and technology adoption metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or R&D leadership with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Proven track record launching 3+ breakthrough products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: generative AI, Web3, and neuromorphic computing
- Exceptional strategic planning and stakeholder management skills
- Published thought leadership in tech innovation (patents, whitepapers, or keynotes)
- Certification in Agile/Scrum and technology foresight methodologies
