Responsibilities

- Manage innovation portfolio: prototype development, pilot programs, and scaling

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in tech strategy or R&D leadership at Fortune 500 or scale-up
- Proven track record launching breakthrough technologies (3+ successful cases)
- Expertise in at least two future-tech domains: quantum, AI, biotech, or Web3
- Exceptional data analysis and strategic planning skills
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certifications in emerging technologies (e.g., Quantum Computing, AI Ethics)
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks
