- Develop 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with business objectives and societal impact goals
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and executive teams to prioritize R&D initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and investors with data-driven insights
- Build partnerships with academic institutions and startups for technology scouting
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech strategy, R&D management, or emerging technologies
- Proven track record of launching innovative products or services
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, biotech, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills with experience in scenario planning and trend forecasting
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Exceptional communication skills for executive-level presentations
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
