Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a 5-year technology strategy aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate emerging technologies (quantum AI, blockchain, AR/VR)
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and tech pioneers
- Analyze competitive landscapes and disruptor technologies to identify innovation opportunities
- Present technology roadmaps and ROI projections to executive stakeholders
- Drive R&D initiatives in sustainable computing and ethical AI frameworks
- Mentor junior technologists and foster an innovation culture
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or R&D leadership, with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record of scaling technologies from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, neuromorphic AI, or decentralized systems
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Strong business acumen with experience in P&L management and tech commercialization
