- Translate theoretical concepts into functional prototypes with measurable impact
- Mentor cross-disciplinary teams in agile innovation methodologies
- Drive intellectual property strategy for emerging technologies
- Present breakthrough concepts to executive stakeholders and investors
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MS + 8 years experience considered)
- 5+ years in R&D leadership with proven commercialization track record

- Strong publication record in top-tier tech journals/conferences
- Experience securing $5M+ in innovation grants or venture funding
