Responsibilities
- Define and execute the 2026 Technology Roadmap, aligning technical strategies with business objectives.
- Lead a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and researchers to prototype and validate futuristic solutions.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Quantum Computing, Spatial Computing) and assess their applicability to our core products.
- Manage the architecture for scalable, high-performance systems designed for the demands of the next decade.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate complex technical concepts and roadmap progress.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role.
- Deep expertise in cloud architecture, distributed systems, and modern programming languages (Python, Go, Rust).
- Proven track record of delivering complex, large-scale software products on time.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration and data-driven decision-making processes.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical vision into actionable business strategies.
