Responsibilities
- Define and execute the strategic technology roadmap for the 2026 fiscal year, aligning with business goals.
- Lead cross-functional teams in R&D for emerging tech stacks, including quantum readiness and spatial computing.
- Analyze market trends to identify high-impact technological innovations before they become mainstream.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to integrate futuristic features into current product lines.
- Oversee the migration and optimization of legacy systems to ensure future scalability and security.
- Present complex technology strategies to the C-suite and board of directors.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions for future trend research.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or technology strategy.
- Proven track record of leading high-performing teams in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in AI/ML, Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP), and Enterprise Security.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to forecast future tech trends accurately.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree in Tech Strategy preferred).
