- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of industry trends and competitor technologies to identify high-impact opportunities for growth.
- Team Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of engineers, designers, and strategists to foster a culture of continuous innovation.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical strategies to non-technical stakeholders, ensuring buy-in and alignment across departments.
- Prototyping & Validation: Spearhead the development of prototypes to validate futuristic concepts before full-scale implementation.
- Resource Allocation: Manage budget and resources effectively to maximize the impact of our innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in technology leadership, product management, or engineering, with at least 3 years in a strategic or visionary role.
- Tech Stack: Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI/ML, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications for 2026.
- Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and translate abstract concepts into concrete, actionable roadmaps.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing teams and managing cross-functional projects.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
