Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Vision: Lead the technical strategy and long-term roadmap to align with the company’s mission for the next three years.
- Architect Agentic AI: Design and implement next-generation autonomous agent frameworks capable of complex reasoning and self-correction.
- R&D Leadership: Spearhead research initiatives into emerging technologies (e.g., Neural Interfaces, Edge AI) and evaluate their viability for integration.
- System Scalability: Engineer resilient, cloud-native infrastructure that scales seamlessly for future user growth.
- Technical Mentorship: Guide a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a Lead or Architect role.
- Deep Tech Expertise: Proficiency in Python, Rust, or Go, with a demonstrated history of deploying large-scale machine learning models.
- Future-Forward Mindset: Experience with LLM fine-tuning, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or similar agentic AI technologies.
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and containerization (Kubernetes/Docker).
- Problem Solving: Ability to anticipate future technological shifts and adapt architectures accordingly.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate complex technical roadmaps to non-technical stakeholders.
