Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical strategy for our 2026 roadmap, focusing on AI-driven automation and edge computing.
- Lead a high-performing engineering team of 10+ developers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Architect robust, fault-tolerant microservices capable of handling high-throughput transactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain the highest standards of quality.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (Web3, Quantum-ready algorithms) and evaluate their feasibility for our products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 10+ years of software engineering experience with at least 5 years in a leadership or architecture role.
- Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of distributed systems.
- Proven track record of deploying scalable cloud-native applications on AWS or GCP.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive projects to completion.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire technical teams.
