Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record launching disruptive innovations
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI ethics, or sustainable tech
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science/Engineering
- Experience scaling teams from 10 to 100+ engineers
- Published research in IEEE or Nature journals
- Proficiency in agile, DevOps, and cloud-native architectures
