Responsibilities
- Architect and lead the development of cutting-edge AI systems targeting deployment in the 2026 era.
- Define technical strategy for quantum-superior algorithms and generative AI workflows.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Collaborate with product leadership to translate futuristic concepts into executable technical roadmaps.
- Optimize existing data pipelines for high-performance computing environments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends to ensure our technology stack remains future-proof.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, or Rust with deep knowledge of AI frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX).
- Experience designing distributed systems at massive scale.
- Advanced degree (PhD preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Proven track record of leading technical teams through complex architectural transitions.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of bridging the gap between technical teams and executive stakeholders.
