Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen AI Infrastructure: Design and implement scalable, fault-tolerant systems capable of processing petabyte-scale quantum data streams.
- Quantum Integration: Lead the development and optimization of quantum algorithms tailored for commercial AI applications.
- Neural Interface Protocols: Develop secure, low-latency communication protocols for next-generation neural link interfaces.
- Strategic Vision: Define the technical roadmap for future products, ensuring alignment with long-term business objectives and ethical AI standards.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a diverse team of engineers, data scientists, and physicists, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and external stakeholders to translate complex technical requirements into user-centric solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum mechanics.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architect role within high-tech environments.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native architectures (AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure).
- Quantum Proficiency: Proven experience implementing quantum machine learning algorithms or working with quantum hardware interfaces.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving mindset and resilience in fast-paced environments.
