Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design for the 2026 product suite, ensuring scalability and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Define and enforce coding standards and best practices for the engineering department.
- Identify emerging technologies and integrate them into the 2026 strategic roadmap.
- Conduct technical feasibility assessments for high-impact projects.
- Mentor senior engineers and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of delivering complex systems in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong understanding of AI/ML integration strategies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience.
